Biosuperfood is the most potent, nutrient rich
microalgae concentrate blend on earth.

Grown in the richest volcanic peninsula of Kamchatka

Given the exceptional volcanic nutrients in the water, Kiriac had chosen this particular spot. Selenium and sodium bicarbonate were two of the 92 trace elements present in this perfect water, which normally occurs at a temperature of 35° to 37° C (95° to 99° F).

The finest Essential Fatty Acids (EFAs), some of which are still unknown to mainstream science, could be present in the Biosuperfood recipe thanks to this ideal base solution.

Then, under stringent quality control, they are brought to Canada for blending, encapsulating, and bottling. Kiriac is still a pioneer in the field and continues advising other growers on cutting-edge algae-growing techniques that he created.

“If you can increase brain health, the rest of the body is a no-brainer.”
Dr. Michael Kiriac,

Brief History

Dr. Kiriac has been funded by the Soviet Union for more than 20 years to investigate all-natural remedies for Russia’s livestock health crisis.

As huge populations of chickens, cows, pigs, mink, etc. were impacted by malignancies, cardiovascular disorders, infectious diseases, and other ailments, large farms and animal factories saw a decline in production. No other work in the same field comes close to the length and caliber of the research.

He was tasked with conducting the largest government-funded nutrition research to date, which would cost hundreds of millions of dollars. In several extensive trials involving more than 1.5 million animals from 20 species, he developed effective natural algae solutions.

It’s important to note that this was done in a non-profit setting without a commercial purpose. And even more impressive that he was able to treat and get rid of the dangerous Marek disease, which was killing off the country’s chickens.

In recognition, he was named Person of the Year for 1985 and promoted to Director of Nutritional Research for the Ministry of Agriculture.

Chernobyl and move to Canada

After the Chernobyl nuclear disaster in 1986, due to previous success, Dr. Kiriac was given the chance to work with people who had radiation sickness. Through his research, he had already shown that prevention and remission of different types of cancer were possible. In this first human trial using the algae formulas, he was able to assist Chernobyl victims, completely reversing their symptoms – many are alive to this day.

After the Soviet Union collapsed, Dr. Kiriac lost the 20-year sponsorship for his research, and in 1995 he accepted an invitation to immigrate to Canada with his family where he founded Bionutrition and began preparing his formulas commercially under the approval of Health Canada.

1937

Pancreatic Cancer begins taking the lives of Kiriac’s family

His grandparents passed away in 1937 before he was even born. Later, he lost his first child, his father in 1964, his sister, his mother, and two brothers. He was distraught. That inspired him to commit his entire life to searching for cures for terrible illnesses like cancer.

1974 – 1977

Early research earns greater support

Beginning with hundreds of various species of microalgae from throughout the world, Michael Kiriac searches for the algae most beneficial to health. Early success led to Kiriac’s team receiving funding, including financial, personal, and governmental support to carry out experiments. Significant health advantages were shown in over 20 species of animals. This involved hundreds of test groups using different base algae mixes and concentrations both in the lab and on nearby research farms.

1978 – 1984

Emerging techniques for cultivating algae yield a major discovery.

Hundreds of algae and their mixtures will be studied in depth over the next several years. Also, changes to the growing methods and precise control of nutrient content allowed the team to focus on just the four algae in Biosuperfood. This led to quick success with bigger animals and larger test groups.

1985 – 1990

The largest poultry research project ever carried out

The Ministry of Agriculture extends an invitation to Dr. Kiriac to serve as the division’s head of nutrition sciences. As the focus of Kiriac’s work for the next five years, a one-million egg-laying poultry farm was selected. This major research facility had a Marek cancer pandemic and a low output. The incredible outcome is that Marek disease is completely eliminated and productivity rises by 20% as Kiriac introduces Biosuperfood to the diet.

1986

The Chernobyl Experiment

On April 26, 1986, reactor 1 at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant exploded. Belarus, which is nearby, received 70% of the radioactive fallout, and 23% of its land was affected. Thousands of adults and children were exposed to radiation. Dr. Kiriac was able to do his work locally by giving Biosperfood to certain victims and observing the algae’s capacities to nourish and regenerate.

Even though people were still exposed to radiation and their food and water were still contaminated, there were marked improvements. There was a notable increase in critically low white blood cell count, regeneration of the bone marrow, spinal fluids, blood, and liver, and a 40% drop in the radioactivity of the urine.

Many children and adults who received benefits from Biosuperfood are still alive today. “Algae preparations lowered cesium-137 and strontium-90 and greatly enhanced the evacuation of radionuclides from the human body,” the Belarus Ministry of Health determined in 1993.

1986

Dr. Kiriac nominated person of the year

Michael Kiriac won accolades for Person of the Year in his native Moldova. Most noably for his outstanding contributions to improved productivity and animal health and for operating the most profitable poultry center. The then-prime minister of Moldova and the minister of finance both spoke at the beginning of a 150-minute documentary that was made for the event and shown on national TV.

1987 – 1988

Saving the pigs in Voronezh

Kiriac was brought in to help after an epidemic of different cancers decimated the pig herd in the Voronezh region of Russia. The Biosuperfood blends were grown in a second bioreactor and fed to the pigs, bringing the epidemic under control within a year and causing the cancer rates to decline. Similar to the poultry farm, there was a measurable 15% increase in productivity, an increase in the number of babies born per litter, and a significant increase in the survival rate.

1988 – 1990

The Bovine Fertility Project

Kiriac starts working with the Moldova Elite Bull Semen Collection Center, a nearby poultry research facility, mixing dried egg powder from the poultry research farm with the bulls’ alfalfa feed. The sperm concentration, motility, and lifespan increased noticeably as a result, prompting Kiriac to suggest giving each bull 1.5 grams (4 capsules) of Biosuperfood every day. This led to even more impressive results, such as a 100% increase in the amount of sperm ejaculated, a 400% increase in sperm concentration and movement, a normalization of the shape of sperm, and a longer life for sperm. Dairy farmers confirmed that the same sample might inseminate up to 100 more cows.

1989 – 1990

Saving the Minks

In northern Russia, epidemics of several tumors are observed in mink and northern fox farms. Dr. Kiriac was asked to put together a team and show how Biosuperfood may have an impact. Locally, where thermal springs are used more and more as the main environment for growth, new, smaller, and more flexible bioreactors are built. For the minks, the Biosuperfood is adjusted and added to their meal. On the chosen farms, the cancer cases decreased after a year, and the outbreaks are now under control. Again, the addition of Biosuperfood increased output with higher infant survival rates, more litters, and better hair.

1995 – Today

Dr. Kiriac goes to North America

After the Soviet Union broke up in 1990, Russia went through a lot of political, economic, and social changes. During this time, the effort to study algae was stopped by the new government. Dr. Kiriac presented his creation in 1995 at a meeting in Brussels, Belgium. There, he met a Canadian diplomat who helped make it possible for his whole family to move to Canada. The diplomat had heard about how terrible life was in Moldova after it broke up with Russia and decided to help.

Moving his to Canada was a difficult decision for him and his family, but he thought they would overcome it with his doctorate and scientific understanding. And so the next year, he moved to Montreal with his wife Liudmila, 17-year-old daughter Rodika, 11-year-old daughter Stefana, and two dogs. However, the transition proved more difficult than he had anticipated. Learning French and English, Quebec’s official languages would take at least a year, delaying his business debut and income.

1998 – 2000

The Poultry Research Project at McGill University

In North America, the first of numerous small-scale experiments using 33,000 chickens is conducted at McGill University in Montreal in an effort to confirm his earlier findings in Russia. Results are repeated once more: larger eggs, stronger shells, more eggs produced monthly, less bad fat, and a lower newborn fatality rate. The outcomes included an 80% drop in neonatal birth mortality, a 70% drop in infectious events, a 20% rise in amino acids (proteins), and a 100% drop in bad fat content. Liudmila

29.9% increase in milk output

Working with the Holstein herd at the Alain Forget Dairy Farm in Laval, Quebec, 20 dairy cows were chosen at random. Biosuperfood was added to the cows’ regular feed for 36 months. Throughout the course of the trial, no additional adjustments to the meals or dietary supplements were made. The results yielded an incredible increase in milk production of 29.9%! as well as a 9.3% increase in fat content, and an 8.6% increase in protein content. These cows also had a shorter gestation, decreased mastitis, less anxiety while milking, and more complete udder-emptying.

Saving the Bighorn Sheep

An experiment was started in 2007 after a small herd of bighorn sheep was found to have Johne’s disease, an infectious, persistent, and frequently fatal sickness that kills the majority of the herd’s members by the time they are 2 years old. Twelve bighorn sheep were chosen and kept aside from the rest of the herd, and Biosuperfood was added to their regular meal. Subsequently, none of the twelve lambs that were chosen manifested any Johne’s disease after nine months. There were also a lot of other benefits including the twins making it to adulthood with bigger and earlier horns, a calmer disposition, and earlier weaning. The Bighorn Farm is still prospering today.
