    Healthy adults generally get the most benefits from a daily intake of anywhere from 3-8 capsules, taken one at a time at regular intervals throughout the day and always with at least 1/2 glass of water.     From F1 to F3 there is a greater amount of red algae, which contains more carotenoids (red pigments that give the algae its red color) than the green algae.
